We are victims of medical malpractice, negligence, abuse and other offenses against our persons by elements of the Medical Industry, in most cases hospitals and their staff. Most of us did not experience the injury personally - those injured were our family and other loved ones.

We have thus far had limited success in finding redress for these wrongs The reasons are numerous and described elsewhere. Nevertheless we will not be deterred, even though we lack funds and do not have connections with important people.

We believe that incompetent or dishonest entities in the industry should be exposed and held accountable for their actions.

We are regrettably few in number and at this time are able to deal only with the situation here in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The hospitals receive patients from some distance away, not only Arkansas and Missouri but Tennessee and Mississippi as well. We believe our community deserves better treatment from the Medical Industry, and those profiting from it should be reminded of their first responsibility. This seems unlikely to happen soon, but it will not happen at all if no one cares. We will continue to hope and do what we can to change things.
