This has come up a couple of times. Since ACCH acquires its victims from other hospitals in the area,
the question of whether they should be co-defendants in any suits we bring.
The charge would be negligence, as the hospitals "knew or should have known" in legal language. It
would not surprise me if they did know.
I believe so, but it depends on what our individual lawyers decide. If we believe we have a competent
lawyer we should follow his advice.
Personally, I intend to. Unless he can give me a good reason. There was a time when I would have been
inclined to let them off the hook as they are a legitimate hospital. But I've seen too much.
